In Clayton, the Centene Plaza parking garage is covered in a work of art by Ned Kahn called "Wind Veil". It is seven stories tall and 300 feet wide, and is comprised of 93,000 individual hinged aluminum flappers which blow in the breeze. On windy days the exterior shimmers, looking like liquid metal.
